Founded by our Managing Director, Robert Schwetzke, Dipl.-Ing., High Impact Consultancy has been built around his 25 years of expertise and experience in Project Development of Mining, Ports and Storage Projects.

After obtaining his degree in structural engineering and a post-doc research program in Germany, he ventured to Canada and worked on projects in North- and South America, Asia and Africa earning his experience as a Design Engineer, then Construction and Commissioning specialist and later on by founding his own specialized Bulk Material Handling OEM firm. His career allowed him to experience the full project life cycle by representing EPCM/EPCs, Owners, and OEMs alike covering all aspects of Project Development and Project Execution from Project Financing, Contract Negotiations, FS and FEED

Development, Detail Engineering and Project Development to Construction and Operations.
